We have five divisions within the company: Flag Department, Flagpole Department, Flagpole Lighting Department, Art & Graphics Department, and Warehouse & Shipping Department. We are currently looking for a Production Technician to join our team.

This position is full-time, and the work schedule is Monday – Friday (8a.m.-4p.m.). NO WEEKENDS! Global Flags offers a 401K program. Employees can also earn paid time off.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to learn basic machinery and assembly skills including using a band saw, grinder, cordless drill, drill press, and reading a tape measure
- Willingness to pay attention to detail
All work is done inside our warehouse and safety equipment such as glasses, masks, gloves are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare various aluminum parts so that they fit correctly in the final assembly.
- You will use your hands or machines to do the job with greater precision.
- Certain aluminum parts must be cut from the raw material on a band saw and others must have holes drilled and then bolted or screwed together in the final assembly.
- Some parts must be polished on the grinder.
- Resolve assembly problems by notifying the supervisor to obtain additional resources.
- There will be a daily goal provided with expectations that the goal be met or exceeded if possible.
Compensation: Ranges from $13.00 – $17.00 per hour based on experience
