The External Halyard Heavy Duty Revolving Truck sits at the top of the flagpole. Flag raising and lowering is accomplished with the use of a single, exposed pulley and rope system. It rotates the flag with the wind. Designed to accept Ball, Eagle and other Finial Ornaments.
